I wanted to let you know about three of your employees who worked on installing the alarm system at our home last week. Matt and Tim were there almost a full day, leaving at about 8 p.m. My wife had asked them if they could finish in a day because she had an appointment the next morning, which she could not break. Not only did they finish their work despite running into some technical problems, they remained long enough to try to educate us on the system’s operation. A day or two later, Rob came to fix a problem with the phone line that resulted from some aspect of the installation.
