Scenario 3 - The 2 am Call

You call the alarm company to have it shut off, but they can't help you; the call goes to voicemail. You then remember to dial the 800 number for the monitoring center in Texas, but an automated attendant answers. You follow the number prompts to finally speak to a "live" operator, but they inform you they can't help. The operator explains that you are not their client, your security contractor is their client and that you should call them for assistance.
Frustrated, your siren is still going. You are left with no option other than to call your security contractor and leave a voicemail. Twenty minutes later, someone returns your call and agrees to help you turn off the siren.
